Startup Engineering
Our process begins with detailed startup engineering, where our team collaborates closely with the client to define project requirements, assess site conditions, and develop tailored technical specifications. This phase includes system design and integration planning to ensure every solution aligns with operational goals and regulatory standards.

Production
Once the engineering phase is complete, we move into production. All enclosure components, whether standard or bespoke are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facilities. We adhere to strict quality control protocols to guarantee that every product meets our quality standards.

Assembly
Following production, systems are assembled into prefabricated modules, SKIDS, or Houses. Our modular approach allows for both standardised and customised configurations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Each assembly can be factory-tested before shipment.

Commissioning
The final stage is commissioning, where our engineers oversee installation, eventually site works, and system start-up. As we can conduct full load tests in advance, commissioning and testing on site is brought to a minimum. This ensures maximum uptime and power reliability without spending critical time. Our team remains engaged until the solution is fully operational and handed over to the client.

Standard Solutions:
We offer a range of proven, standardised systems designed for rapid deployment and straightforward integration. These solutions are ideal for projects requiring fast turnaround and predictable scalability. Standard sizes are 1,7MVA & 2,5MVA prefabricated Electrical modules.

Customised Solutions:
For clients with unique requirements, Logstrup provides fully customised systems. Our engineering team works in partnership with the client to design, manufacture, and assemble solutions tailored to specific technical, operational, or site needs. Customisation can include specialised switchgear, bespoke SKIDS, or unique House layouts, and brand equipment from Schneider, Siemens, ABB etc. All delivered with the same commitment to quality and reliability.
