Our Removable Units (RMU) ensure high protection against contact and can be accessed from the front or rear. The RMU’s are fully re-configurable while live which ensures minimal downtime. It is possible for the RMU unit to be in a tested position if the disconnector has a test position or by an external test function when the disconnector is in off position. The RMU’s have an optional Logstrup coding system that ensures that the units are placed in the right position in the switchboard. For safety measures, our RMU’s have a mechanical interlock on the disconnector shaft. There are two dedicated positions achieved by physical movement of the unit: – Removed position – Connected position Type of electrical connections (acc.
