En octobre\u00a0<\/span>un groupe de jeunes hommes et femmes de <\/span>Le programme d'\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures de Schneider Electrics a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur <\/span>Logstrup<\/span> Danemark pour une visite prolong\u00e9e de la production de nos solutions de tableaux de distribution basse tension. L'objectif de cette visite \u00e9tait de donner un aper\u00e7u de la production de nos solutions de tableaux de distribution \u00e0 basse tension. <\/span>dans le processus de production de solutions basse tension, et comment Schneider Electric peut jouer un r\u00f4le dans ce processus afin de renforcer l'int\u00e9r\u00eat et les connaissances des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s dans ce secteur.<\/span><\/p>\n

La motivation et la curiosit\u00e9 sont les moteurs de l'action<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Johannes Ley, directeur des ventes, a accueilli les jeunes hommes et femmes d\u00e8s l'arriv\u00e9e de leur bus sur le parking. Des jeunes gens talentueux, aux parcours acad\u00e9miques diff\u00e9rents, mais partageant le m\u00eame int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l'industrie de l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique, ont fait leur entr\u00e9e.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au cours de la premi\u00e8re partie de leur visite, ils ont d\u00e9couvert l'histoire de notre entreprise et les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en vigueur \u00e0 Logstrup. Ensuite, l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement principal de la journ\u00e9e a eu lieu : une visite approfondie de notre cha\u00eene de production, de notre hall d'assemblage et de notre entrep\u00f4t. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont d\u00e9couvert chaque \u00e9tape du processus de production, depuis la r\u00e9ception des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res jusqu'\u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont l'acier et le cuivre sont trait\u00e9s, coup\u00e9s et pli\u00e9s, et comment les m\u00e9thodes de production de Logstrup se distinguent de celles de nos concurrents et rendent nos produits uniques.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L'int\u00e9r\u00eat a surtout atteint son paroxysme lorsque la<\/span> groupe<\/span> w<\/span>comme<\/span> introduit dans la partie automatis\u00e9e de la production <\/span>ligne ;<\/span> en particulier nos robots. <\/span>L'une des visiteuses Viktoria<\/span>, <\/span>Marketing<\/span> et des ventes,<\/span> a soulign\u00e9 que certains d'entre eux ne sont pas issus d'un milieu technique<\/span> mais d'un<\/span>n de l'\u00e9ducation en <\/span>les affaires, le marketing et les ventes,<\/span> <\/span>tels que <\/span>elle-m\u00eame <\/span>Ce fut donc une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s enrichissante que de voir les machines et les processus qui entrent dans la fabrication d'un standard t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique.<\/span> et o\u00f9 Schneider Electric contribue \u00e0 la <\/span>produit final<\/span>. <\/span>Viktoria n'est pas la seule \u00e0 avoir trouv\u00e9 le processus de construction int\u00e9ressant. Une autre visiteuse, Michaela<\/span>, <\/span>Service<\/span>, <\/span>M<\/span>a gestion et la <\/span>B<\/span>l'entreprise,<\/span> a trouv\u00e9 l'explication dans le<\/span> production<\/span> processus \u00e0 \u00eatre <\/span>Elle a ainsi pu mieux comprendre la mani\u00e8re dont les produits sont utilis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Emil et Michaela ont soulign\u00e9 l'atmosph\u00e8re amicale qui r\u00e8gne \u00e0 Logstrup et la fa\u00e7on dont ils se sont sentis \u00e0 l'aise et ont pu poser des questions librement.
