We’re proud to announce that Logstrup is now part of the Danish Standards Committee for high- and low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, with Project Engineer Zilas Mørkenborg Thunbo representing us.
Zilas, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering, brings extensive technical expertise and hands-on experience from working with low-voltage switchboards, compact substations, and temperature rise testing.
“As a committee member, Logstrup plays an active role in shaping the development of future national and international standards within the IEC 61439 and 62271 series, covering switchgear, electrical panels, and compact substations”, Zilas explains.
By engaging in the standardisation process, we gain influence over what is tested and how. This gives us early insights into upcoming changes and ensures that our solutions are always ahead of the curve, benefiting Logstrup and, most importantly, our customers.
At Logstrup, we use standards as a guiding framework in product development, but we always aim higher, often testing well beyond the minimum requirements to achieve the highest possible quality.
